But this week we’re going to talk everything about our website and our presence in Thailand. So we’re going to start on the real, real basics to kick this session off. And we’ll probably move into more of the advanced features as we go on.
So the first thing I want to talk about really was what website do you really have in Thailand, what brands do we know? Because a lot of people probably won’t know all our brands and see websites that think of fazwires that aren’t fazwa’s. So I’m going to basically walk through everything we have in Thailand and how many leads we have in Thailand. That’s the most interesting one across this.
So how big is our pool within this country? Okay, so I’m going to share the screen and I’m going to walk through with you. Let’s start off with the brands that we have and then I’ll move into how big is the most of you will recognize this. This is obviously Fazwas.com,
and this is obviously one of our main brands that we have in Thailand, probably the ones that everyone recognizes. Now we don’t just have Fazwaz.com in Thailand, we’ve actually got all different language sites.
Each language opens up a new website. For example, if I go to Russian, it’s FazWaz ru. Okay, there’s lots of different language sites.
It’s not just fazwaz.com. There’s lots of different sites in there. We basically cater.
If I just jump back one, we basically cater for the market. Now we know that international buyers is shifting around. Now between Russian and Chinese.
Z is Chinese. We have Korean, Japanese, French, Spanish, German and Thai. We can add any other language you want, but each language is another site.
So if I go to Japan japanese for Thai it will be JP. And the reason why we do this is we want to rank. We’re very good at getting traffic ranking.
So we’ve got lots of different brands out in FazWaz. So FazWaz anything FazWaz and all different sites that exist within Thailand is the first brand that we have. So you might see Fazwas Ru ranking for the tires, you might see Fazwas Co th ranking and all these sites are getting lots of traffic and lots of leads.
So that’s the very start. So next one we’re going to go into is what other sites does Fazwa specifically have? Not our partnership with Dot. So you might see some of these brands hang around 108 CM Asia Villas buy Pukey property by Thailand property, huawein property partner Kai Bantai, lots of different samui times, lots of different and these are also all our brands.
And I’ll send you the links that you can see so you can actually identify. So if I went to, I don’t know, property Huaqin, and actually they have, for example, all different places. I mean, it’s not just Huaqin they have, but they’ve got all these different websites logging around.
So this is all part of the FazWaz group. So you might see some of these sites. Some people might think, oh, has someone copied us? No, it’s very, very hard to copy the technology.
So there are lots of sites flying around that are FazWaz sites. And all it means really is we skin them up, we take the technology and we apply skin to it and launch another version of FazWaz. And it helps us have multiple brands competing.
So if you, for example, type in Huaqi property, you can see this in a real sense. So if you looked at, well, the ones you recognize is FazWaz and Property Hua Hen. So we’ve got two brands sitting there that sit on the FazWaz platform.
So the first part of this conversation was, how many brands do we have? Well, the honest answer is a lot of them, and we’ve got a lot of language sites. So Fazwas has an extensive reach in relation to Thailand. Obviously, we’ve got all the other countries, which I’m sure people might be familiar with.
It doesn’t really matter, really, for Thailand, which is what the focus is. We’ve got lots of brands that exist. Now, the next part is talking about our partnership or the acquisition of Dot property.
And really, what does that mean for us? So in the end of February, FazWaz and Lifel in Thailand, a company called Lifel, which is a Japanese company, got together and we now own and control all the brands. So some of the other brands that we own within the group is let’s start off with Dot property. You might recognize this one.
So Dot Properties is a big one, especially in Thai language. And maybe if I go to the search page, it might be easier to recognize. Okay.
So Dot Properties really focus on Thai and English, but they’re a big, big site that we own, control and operate. And I’ll explain to you how that happens in the next five to ten minutes. The next one is Thailand property that you might also recognize.
Thailand property is really big on the English side. It’s mainly only English and it ranks all the big keywords, right? So Thailand property looks similar to Duck property, actually. Same technology but another different brand, and it ranks really well.
So we also own Thailand property. The next one is hitflat. Hit Flat is really big in Bangkok and Patia.
So we own and operate Hit Flat as well. 1 second, let me show you. So in case some people don’t recognize it’s entire and English, so you can just switch language.
So maybe some people recognize this one. But this is really big. This is probably one of the biggest in Bangkok and Patia.
The other brands that we operate is a brand called Metula, which is only in Thai, but it’s actually very big, lots and lots of leads, lots and lots of traffic. And the other one is Tropic, which also has lots of leads and lots of traffic and is only in Thai. So that’s kind of reach.
Now what does it mean for us? So we go back to that Hua Kun property, for example, and we scroll down to the ranking. So DD is not US, this is property Euro, but what? Thailand properties us. Doc properties us.
FazWaz is us. Okay? Lazudi isn’t us. Hit flat is US property.
Hua Hin is US. And there’s probably more below the list. So basically on the top seven listings, we are six.
So that’s how kind of big and extensive the network is. And if you search for this anywhere, the same result happens. So this is why we operate under multiple brands.
We basically wanted to dominate search. So we’ve got lots of different rankings all over the page. And for this we get huge amounts of buy.
We basically own and control all the markets who operate in, in not just English but Thai and every language moving forward, German, Russian. So we’re kind of like the biggest now by a long way in the country. So that’s basically the Fazmas Group reach with property, which is us as well.
So this reach is absolutely massive and we have basically all the lead flow under the sun. Now just to kind of give you a breakdown of how many actual leads we get. Now this is outside of Fazwas.
So Fazwas has thousands of leads itself. So we’re just going to talk about the lead flow that we have from these other platforms that we’re not utilizing at the moment, just to show you how big the market is. So I’m just going to go onto this page.
So this is in a month. So you can see here the brands. This is Matula, thailand property.
Dark property. Trova and Hitler. And we’ve got basically an insane amount of lead blow.
So we have 30,000 sales leads a month coming through the platform. And you can see it’s not all just cheap stuff. Over 100 million.
We’ve got 700 leads a month and over 50 million. We’ve got over 70 million. We’ve got two and a half thousand leads a month.
So huge amounts of sales for rentals as well. We have 36,000 leads. It’s insane the amount of lead flow that we have through the group.
So in terms of Fazwas has quite a large market share. Not like this though. This is actually the real volume of leads.
Okay, so just to recap, we own lots of different brands, lots of different languages. You can see here, if you ever go to Fazwazgroup.com, you can see all the sites listed below and you can see FazWaz’s other brands that we yeah, so we also own property, Thailand property, hitflat Trobet or sorry, Matula and Trovit.
So we own lots of different platforms that create this part of this new network. Now I’m going to stop sharing the screen so I can talk to you guys directly. So really, what does that mean for us? Okay, so right now we know that 100% of the Fazwas leads are going to the FazWaz agents.
Which are you guys on the call? There’s 135 people on the call. Thank you so much for joining on a Monday morning. But what it means for the future is we have access to 70,000 leads.
So as we upscale the agents, as in Ud agents, we can get you to understand our tools and technology better. We can release much more leads for you. We have the whole market covered.
So we have more leads than we know what to do with. The issue is right now is about understanding how our Fazwads rock stars, which are you, can utilize our processes so you can take all this lead flow and really make a huge amount of money from this. So I think the first thing was to demonstrate how big the network is.
70,000 leads a month, which is not part of Fastwise, which we have access to. The question is how do we get them? So at the moment the group is giving leads to agencies. Now I’m the CEO of Dot Property as well.
So at the moment Fazwas is one the of agencies underneath them. If you guys can get really good, I can basically release more leads to Fazwas group to give you all the leads that you guys need. Now the question is, why don’t we do this? Now the honest truth is that we don’t have the processes in place, which is why we’re having these daily calls to make sure that you’re equipped to deal with huge amount of lead flow coming in to your books.
That will be the first thing. Otherwise we’ll just effectively waste it. If I send an agent 500 leads a month, you can’t service 500 leads a month.
It’ll be too difficult for you. So what we want to do is effectively upskill our full agent network internally to make sure they can service as many leads as they can. And then as soon as we get that so there’s like tick science.
We’ve got each agent. So you guys, I can see them in terms of we basically were evaluating the performance of agents and as they go through our tiered barrier, we effectively give you a huge amount of leads. So there’s this question about FazWaz is scaling how are we handling how we’re hiring so many agents? The honest truth is that we have 70,000 leads a month and we’re only giving FazWaz around 3000 at the moment.
So we have a long way to go. We can effectively hype a lot of more people. But the honest truth is we want to give you the agents many more leads and we want to give you the best leads and the best value leads and the best clients and the best customers that want to buy.
So I think before we go into the functionalities, we’re going to go into the functionality of the website this week. The questions which the start was, well, what websites do we have and how big is our network? The honest truth is we have loads of websites and our network is the biggest in Thailand by a know with the clear market lead in relation to brand and search. We operate under multiple different websites.
So that’s how big kind of our FazWaz universe is with property. Just to give you a highlight. So the following sessions we’re going to go and run is how to use the fazwas platform mainly to a lot of the advanced tools and technologies.
But I wanted to give you a brief overview of it’s not just fazwas, there’s a lot of different websites that we own and this is part of our offering. So when you speak to clients, it’s like we’re the biggest by miles. I think you can realize that if you look at all the different platforms.
