So when you’re logged in, you get this little menu, right? So if you’re not logged in, you can see this. So the way this menu is accessed, just jump back is you can either go down, have a look at this kind of things, or what I like to do is effectively just jump into the dashboard and here’s like a quick hack to kind of see. So turn off my messages.
It’s a quick hack to effectively see what is effectively going on. So the first thing, obviously you’ve got your account settings and this is basically where you would set your information. Now this is not just for us, this is also for the clients.
And lots of clients log in to the platform already logged in. So effectively it’s kind of setting in their high level information. We have this side dashboard to see effectively what’s going on.
So what’s kind of useful is you have your favorite properties. So when you’re looking through the fazwas platform, hold on, let’s just go to 1 second, let’s see if we get this up. When you see this heart button, if you click on this, it adds it to your favorite list, which if I refresh this page, it will pop into here.
These are your favorites of properties. There’s always a good way to kind of say, for example, you have listings that you’re focused on and you can’t effectively find them very quickly. This is a really way just to add them as a favorite and come back and view these properties.
And another way you can actually utilize this is the compare function. So say for example, you’re looking to send a client a breakdown of effectively a few properties compared. Now this is probably a bad example because I’ve got all random properties in here.
You could effectively take this and you could then just click print or share. Let’s say you’re going to print this. It will basically create a nice view that you can send to your clients.
Or you can take a screenshot, add this to an email. This is actually really useful and I’ll give you an example of how I would use this if I was utilizing speaking to a client. If say, I have four options for them instead of just sending them, option one, option two, option three, option four, I could just send them this effectively and in there they can click more details and go straight to the view.
Now it’s a good breakdown of roughly what the project is or what the properties are. So it’s quite an actual useful tool. So you have my favorites and you have compare, which is awesome.
Now the next part is the reviews. So if you write reviews for developments or units. Your reviews are all kept here, so all mine are active.
So I’ve written a few reviews on places that I’ve lived in or stayed. We mentioned yesterday, if you have stayed in certain places, just write a review around it. It’s really helpful for the user when you’re going on and your name’s there, et cetera, when they’re viewing the review.
Another one is we’re tracking basically every property you go on. So that was the last one I favorited, but these are all the properties I’m looking at. And we can also give you the times they looked at these properties.
So just remember that the information you’re seeing here, if we’re tracking it for you, we track it for all viewers. So any of your clients, we actually have all this information. We’ll probably try and publish this to you guys so you can actually see what your clients have done.
Another one is a save search. So basically I’m subscribing to updates where, okay, if there’s a new unit at the room, it will send me an email, an instant update is what I have. So this is all basically the way you get alerts on different units in the building.
Now, I have to check actually if this actually works, because I haven’t since in a while. But this is another function. So when you save a search, let’s say I went to the room 20 1 second, I’ll walk through you with this.
There should be a way to create alerts here. So I want to be alerted every time a new unit is added to this. Now think about this.
Say for example, you’ve got a client that’s desperately looking to buy in this building, but you have nothing really available. Now, yes, you could try and find a property yourself, but another one is to put an alert on for yourself effectively. So when the system adds a new unit to this project, you will get notified saying, hey, a new unit is in this project.
And you can basically reach out to your client and try and effectively get them in there for rental or try and sell them if they’re looking to buy. So the actual alerts is very useful if you’re trying to keep a track of what inventory is being added in different projects, especially on the resale side. The other one is obviously scheduled viewings.
Now, we spoke about yesterday, I scheduled a viewing with this. I mean, it was a fake viewing, so I hope they don’t have this. You can see all your past viewings you’ve had or what your clients had effectively, and you can go into the details, see if it ever got confirmed.
Now, this one didn’t get confirmed. It’s a fake viewing, as in I’m not really going to view these properties, so I am going to cancel the viewing so that will form them that this is now canceled. And you can see there so you have all your viewings here, you also have all your listings, any listings you’ve added? I haven’t added any properties, but any listings that you’ve added, and think about this from a client perspective.
They might be a seller and buyer or they might be a landlord and a renter at the same time. It happens a lot. For example, lots of people buy a property for investment and then rent them out or they sell them for a yield or a return.
So all your listings is here. Any leads you’ve generated through the platform is also kept in this section here. It might take slightly longer to load because it’s going to poll our database.
But obviously, I haven’t actually sent any general inquiries, which is when you look at the general inquiries, the ones I’m talking about here is when you go to a unit and you click here, this is an inquiry in case this is a lead. I don’t have any leads. So the next one is received offers.
So just to clarify on this part, just because it is slightly confusing, when homeowners add listings or properties for sale, it’s their listings or properties for rent. When you’re looking at leads, it’s leads that effectively on the properties you’ve listed and offers are on properties you’ve listed. So this is all incoming to the user.
Now what they can see is for homeowners, they can see roughly what leads came in. They don’t have the contact details on clients. So the contact details are you.
Now, the reason why we do this is we say, well, if you list your property on FazWaz and you get no activity, then the user’s a bit unhappy, right? So at least here we’re saying, hey, you’ve got a lead. This is roughly who the lead was and these were the details. We’re not going to give you the exact information.
So the actual homeowners are kept up to date with how many leads they’re actually getting and what information they’re getting. I think we notify them every time there’s an inquiry on their property. Now, the next one is for you.
This is your inquiry sent. So these are the inquiries I’ve sent outwards. So leads is what you’re receiving inwards.
If you’re a homeowner, inquiries are what you’re sending outwards if you’re looking to buy or rent. So this is your past experience you’re using and offers, may we walk through offers possibly tomorrow? In terms of how this works, this is a very unique function and the other part is notification preferences, which is effectively can you turn on emails, how many times you get emailed? So if new homes match your search criteria, it will send you an alert. So basically this is subscribe unsubscribe from emails.
Now, the only reason why this is useful, if clients are like, hey, I’m getting too many emails. You can be like, well just go to this page, it’s on your profile and you go down to notification preferences and you can turn off notifications. Okay.
Ideally, we don’t want them to turn off notifications. We like to send them lots of stuff, right? But if they really get really annoyed, you can ask them to unsubscribe me from fazworth’s notifications. So to summarize this one part, because these are quick sessions, as you mentioned, you have a dashboard.
So your dashboard is if you’re logged into fastwise, which you should be at all times, you can pop into your dashboard here, and this is just a big button view. But if you just click on any of these, you’ll get your side view, which is kind of just like your admin panel, and you can see what’s going on. Now the question is that we can probably show you what your clients are doing as well, and I’ll actually speak to the texting about this later.
So, for example, if you get a client maybe should have access to see what properties they’ve favorited, what leads they’ve sent. A lot of this information is probably in Pop deal already, and Paul through this on a later call, but we actually store lots of information about every single user on the system. So that’s going to be effectively all I talk for today.
