Today’s meeting. So we’re going to be talking about Agent View. Why Agent View? Is there, the role of Agent View in relation to our real estate business in general, how you can use it.
It’s really easy as well. And things around this topic so nice and easy. We’ll have a quick ten minute session on Agent View.
Let me share my screen. Okay. Agent view.
Why do we have Agent view? So traditionally, if you’re working on a big platform like Fazwa, to update the listings, you have to go to something called the back end, which is this horribly designed world of painful clicking to change anything. So really what we wanted to do is we wanted to bring our back end into the front end. And someone in the company came up with the idea of Agent View.
It wasn’t me, but I will take all the credit for it just because that’s what I do. So how Agent View works is basically you can dynamically update properties when you’re browsing. The one core metric is you have to be logged in.
So if you’re logged in into Fazwa, it’s really easy. Your Fazwa’s username and Fazwa’s password be logged in when you’re navigating the properties. Let’s just say we go through a property, you will see this button called Agent View.
Now before I go into it, the reasons why. Now, in traditional real estate, and some people have worked in real estate agencies across the world, some people are very new to real estate. If you went and joined in, for example, the UAE or the Given, you join a company, you have to find a lot of your own listings and a lot of your own leads.
That’s how it works traditionally in real estate. So the way you would get listings, you’d be knocking on doors, getting listings. And the way you get leads is by posting on portals.
Luckily at Fazwas, your job is made much, much easier by us having all the leads that we need and lots of inventory. But the important part is the big problem in Thailand is the inventory is not kept up to date. Not just on first weather, nowhere.
This is one of the economic problems of emerging markets like Thailand. Inventory isn’t up to date. Okay, so how do we keep it up to date? We have to make a really easy solution.
And this was Agent view. So when you scroll to any property, for those who don’t know, you’re going to come across this little icon in the button, the bottom. Sorry.
As soon as you see this, this is Agent View. So you can click on Agent view. So I’ve clicked on too much.

Make it easy. So you’ve got agent view here. It scrolls down with you.
It should be available mobile, I’m guessing as well. Do. Click on Agent view.
Now what this is allowing you to do is get a very quick snapshot of all the details. Okay, so you have things like all the owners details, these are the owners details, et cetera, et cetera. Now, just a quick note, and we do trust everyone on here, we do track how many times you look at this information.
And the only reason why we do that is we limit it to stop people kind of taking information and thinking, all right, I’m going to do real estate transactions outside of Fazwas. So we’re tracking everything. We track who looks at what real estate.
So only use this unless you want to get flagged up by the management. Only use this if you’re actually looking to find real estate for your clients. So first thing, obviously you can reveal the contact details and you can even update the contact details.
This one’s saying, well, it’s listed by a private owner and this is the prime owners owner’s. Perfect. Amazing.
Very, very easy to get access to. And it was actually updated six days ago and it says NA. So I’m guessing the owner listed this themselves, which is perfect.
So the first thing is it’s really easy to get hold of the details very quickly as opposed to going through and searching for the ID. The second part is that great, we want you to have access to the details, of course, but we also want you to keep the property up to date. So when you make that phone call to, in this case, Lovely Jens, Jens Winden, who is definitely or most likely to be German, I don’t know, maybe I’ve got that wrong.
So when you call Lovely Jens and you’re speaking to him and he says, hey, the property is available but the price is slightly different, this is what Agent View is used for keeping the prices up to date and the status of the property. So there’s these buttons here still for sale at the current price. Perfect.
Click that. If Jen just said, listen, it’s still available at 20 million bar, then click it. If you say, listen, are you looking to do reduce your price? Well, you can click on this one still for sale, but the price has changed.
Now, as you change the price, the way fastbaz works is as you update properties, the ranking algorithm kicks in. It likes freshness, freshness being. If we know that the prices and availability are correct, it will push the product higher through the platform.
It does this automatically by some stuff that someone created. It’s obviously a lot smarter than me to make the property move higher as you update prices or lots of different factors. So make sure you update this.
So if you speak to an owner and you’re like, hey, it’s still available, just click that button. It will note that you’d made that change and you updated it. We can acknowledge who’s doing these actions on the website really easy.
So it tracks everyone, every agent, in terms of how many updates they’re made. So you have these four buttons effectively not for sale anymore. Unit sold.
I’m not going to go through it in detail, okay. Because it’s pretty self explanatory. The other thing that might be really useful is which not many people do.
Add a note. We spoke to James and he wanted to reduce the price on 19 May. You could give it as much as you want to, so we dropped to 19 million, whatever, and you click save to note your face is there.
My beautiful little icon is there just for me. So you can add notes and effectively do this. If everyone does this, it creates a very communal fill and everyone benefits.
You get that network effect, the multiplier effect. If one person does this and no one else does this, it’s not very helpful, right? Because you won’t get huge amounts of inventory being updated. But everyone wants the same thing.
Everyone wants to make more money and have career progression in the company. So everyone just start updating as much as you can. I’m sure people do already, but just to reinforce that point and the reason why it’s in there and how other traditional real estate companies work where they don’t have this kind of process in place, you have to go to a very boring backend.
And Fazwa used to have that process. Anyone that’s been part of Fazwas for ages knows our horrible backend that we have. And it’s painful to use.
This is sweet. It’s so easy and I like it and I didn’t make it, but I will pretend to everyone I did for this conversation. So that’s it.
That’s agent view. This is going to be a very quick one. So anytime you go to any property, whether it’s for rent or for sale, let’s just check this bit.

So you’ve got all the information and still for rent, blah, blah, blah. So it works for everything. Rent, sales.
